About the role
Join Oregano's team as a dishwasher and help ensure a clean, efficient kitchen that supports an excellent dining experience for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Operate dishwashing equipment to efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness by cleaning the dishwashing area, removing trash, and assisting with general upkeep.
- Support kitchen operations by helping with food preparation and other tasks as needed.
- Follow food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.
- Report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, and incidents promptly.
Required profile
- Valid state‑issued food safety and handling certification.
- Weekend availability.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
