Dishwasher – Fast‑Casual Dining

About the role

Join Hello Bistro’s team in Wexford, PA, and help create a clean, efficient kitchen environment for a fast‑casual dining experience. As a Dishwasher you will support food preparation, maintain sanitation standards, and ensure guests enjoy a pleasant atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients by washing, cutting, weighing, and measuring for cooking.
• Stock work stations with necessary supplies and ingredients.
• Monitor detergent, rinse agent levels, and water temperature throughout the shift.
• Operate the commercial dish machine following proper procedures.
• Keep the service area, kitchen, and line stocked with clean dishes.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors, coolers, and service areas.
• Stand or walk continuously and lift up to 50 lb occasionally.
• Work in temperatures that may exceed 90 °F.

Required profile

• Ability to stand or walk 100 % of the shift.
• Capability to lift frequently up to 25 lb and occasionally up to 50 lb.

Required skills

• Operating a commercial dishwashing machine.
• Following proper cleaning and sanitation procedures.
