About the role

Hai Hospitality is looking for reliable Dishwashers to join the Uchiko team in Miami Beach. This full‑time, night‑shift position offers a competitive hourly wage of $17‑$19 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, and kitchen utensils using industrial equipment.
• Load and unload dishwashers, ensuring proper sanitation standards.
• Lift, carry, and stock trays, dishes, and supplies up to 50 lb.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper storage of supplies.
• Assist with moving tables and chairs to reconfigure seating as needed.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely, such as ovens, grills, and knives.

Required profile

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Detect and follow safety guidelines and standards.
• Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods in a fast‑paced environment.
• Work comfortably in hot and cold kitchen temperatures.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
