Discovery Paralegal – Personal Injury (Bilingual English/Spanish)

About the role

The Discovery Paralegal will support attorneys throughout all phases of personal injury litigation for a California plaintiff‑side law firm. This full‑time remote position requires bilingual communication with clients in English and Spanish and close coordination with medical providers and experts.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and trial‑related documents.
• Organize and review case files, evidence, and medical records, ensuring accurate documentation in the firm’s case management system.
• Assist with discovery, summarize medical records, and prepare demand packages.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, and experts in both English and Spanish.
• Manage calendars, deadlines, and case progress tracking remotely.

Required profile

• Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish with a professional client‑focused demeanor.
• Previous experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in personal injury or plaintiff‑side civil litigation.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple deadlines in a remote environment.
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent relevant experience; familiarity with California civil procedure is a plus.
