Director, US Oncology Marketing Portfolio Strategy (Customer Engagement)

About the role

The Director, US Oncology Marketing Portfolio Strategy (Customer Engagement) will lead digital marketing strategy for HCP and HCC customers across a portfolio of oncology products. This senior role involves developing and executing the US commercial strategy, overseeing websites and digital field sales resources, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evolve customer experience and engagement strategies across digital assets, including websites and interactive field sales tools.
• Lead strategic planning for a complex oncology portfolio, ensuring optimal digital engagement and omnichannel experience.
• Manage agile working teams across multiple products and monitor digital analytics to support customer experience.
• Partner with US and global stakeholders to align brand strategies and predict market trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of HCP marketing experience, preferably in oncology.
• At least 8 years in the pharmaceutical industry with a strong track record in digital marketing.
• Experience leading multi‑functional teams and managing budgets in a matrixed organization.
• Ability to prioritize and execute under tight, fluctuating timelines.
