Associate Director, Patient Support Experience & Engagement Lead

About the role

The Associate Director, Patient Support Experience & Engagement Lead will shape the end‑to‑end patient and healthcare provider experience for the Immunology Patient Support Program (PSP). This senior marketing position is based in Upper Gwynedd, PA and works in a hybrid model, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent, compliant, and patient‑centered content and digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the PSP content, messaging, branding, and experience strategy across patient and HCP touchpoints for the Immunology portfolio.
• Lead development and evolution of PSP materials, including branding, collateral, website and digital content, ensuring alignment across all channels.
• Define and prioritize requirements for the healthcare provider portal, translating needs into design specifications and guiding the build process.
• Partner with legal, medical, compliance, privacy, MLR, and agency partners to manage content review, approval, and launch readiness.
• Use patient and provider research, journey mapping, and performance data to continuously improve the PSP experience.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology marketing, patient support, or related fields.
• Proven ability to translate insights into strategic requirements and influence cross‑functional initiatives in a matrixed organization.
• Strong communication, strategic planning, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience with launch readiness, lifecycle management of patient support programs, and compliance considerations.
