Director, U.S. Mid-Market, Partnerships & AI Innovation

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Director to lead partnership commercialization and go‑to‑market execution for its U.S. Mid‑Market Accelerator. The role will drive the scaling of partner‑led solutions, revenue growth and expansion into new use cases across the mid‑market segment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs, market trends and competitive landscape to shape partnership strategy aligned with Mastercard priorities.
• Define U.S. Mid‑Market Accelerator strategy, including AI, cross‑border payments and stablecoins, and make build‑vs‑partner‑vs‑buy decisions.
• Identify, vet and prioritize partners, supporting global teams with pricing, SOW alignment and program design.
• Translate partner capabilities into scalable, productized offerings with clear issuer and segment requirements.
• Own go‑to‑market and commercialization strategy for managed partnerships, develop business cases, manage pipeline and prioritize opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven commercial mindset with strong analytical rigor.
• Experience leading partnership development and go‑to‑market execution in a B2B or fintech environment.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and drive product growth.
• Deep understanding of mid‑market dynamics and emerging technologies such as AI and digital payments.
