About the role

The Director of Strategy, Healthcare will partner with the Healthcare leadership team to shape and execute the strategic agenda across LexisNexis Risk Solutions' healthcare markets. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will help define where to play, how to win, and translate strategy into actionable priorities that drive sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of strategy and operating plans that drive innovation, scale, and customer value for the Healthcare business.
• Partner with senior leadership to frame critical strategic questions, assess trends, technologies, and evolving market needs.
• Translate strategic direction into clear investment priorities, measurable outcomes, and decisive action plans.
• Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities in core segments, adjacent markets, and emerging ecosystems.
• Lead strategic initiatives such as market entry decisions, commercial strategy, and portfolio prioritization.
• Develop a data‑driven understanding of market fundamentals, customer workflows, unmet needs, and competitive positioning.
• Conduct competitive and ecosystem analysis to uncover disruption risks, partnership opportunities, and sources of differentiation.
