Director / Sr. Director, Vertical AI Enablement & Transformation

About the role

The Director / Sr. Director, Vertical AI Enablement and Transformation will lead the practical application of AI and advanced analytics within the Insurance and Healthcare verticals of LexisNexis Risk Solutions. This hybrid role, based in Alpharetta, GA, focuses on turning AI concepts into measurable improvements in product performance, workflow efficiency, and customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and validate vertical‑specific AI use cases that enhance product effectiveness, decision quality, or customer experience.
• Partner with product and technology teams to translate business needs into clear AI‑enabled requirements and lead pilot initiatives toward production‑ready solutions.
• Analyze end‑to‑end vertical workflows, pinpoint friction points, and apply AI, analytics, or automation to streamline processes and reduce cycle time.
• Define success metrics, track impact (e.g., efficiency gains, adoption rates), and promote reuse of existing models and data assets.
• Serve as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring AI capabilities are usable, explainable, and aligned with responsible AI principles.

Required profile

• Proven experience at Director or Senior Director level leading AI initiatives within insurance or healthcare domains.
• Hands‑on enablement mindset with a focus on execution over governance.
• Ability to collaborate across functional areas and contribute to an AI Center of Excellence.
