Director, Risk Modeling Services (P&C)

About the role

PWC is seeking a Director to lead its Risk Modeling Services for Property & Casualty (P&C). The role combines strategic client leadership with deep technical expertise in statistical modelling, cloud and data engineering to help financial and insurance organisations manage and mitigate risk.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale risk modelling engagements for financial and insurance clients.
• Set strategic direction for the practice, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Drive business development initiatives and identify new market opportunities.
• Establish and maintain executive‑level client relationships.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative, data‑driven solutions.
• Mentor and develop the next generation of leaders within the firm.
• Promote the adoption of cloud, data engineering and advanced analytical technologies.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in risk, compliance or actuarial services at a senior level.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of business growth.
