Director of Supply Chain

About the role

Cérélia Bakery is expanding its Frozen Breakfast Business Unit and needs a seasoned leader to own all supply‑chain functions for its Hazelwood, MO facility. Reporting to the VP of Operations, the Director of Supply Chain will be the single point of accountability for forecasting, planning, inventory, logistics and overall execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop long‑term supply and capacity plans, identifying constraints, capital needs and warehouse storage requirements.
• Own the annual supply‑chain budget, managing inventory carrying costs, freight, warehousing, procurement savings and working‑capital targets.
• Lead weekly and monthly demand planning and forecasting in partnership with Sales, Operations and Finance.
• Maintain master data accuracy, inventory visibility and system integrity within the Plex ERP platform.
• Coordinate logistics, transportation and distribution to ensure on‑time delivery to customers.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading supply‑chain functions in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate demand signals into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across sales, operations and finance.
• Track record of managing budgets and driving cost‑efficiency initiatives.
