Director of Supply Chain

About the role

MAT Holdings, Inc. is seeking a strategic leader to oversee the end‑to‑end supply chain and purchasing functions for its Fencing, Lawn & Garden group. The Director will drive efficiency, cost‑effectiveness, and risk mitigation across procurement, planning, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering continuous improvement.
• Oversee sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with demand planning to maintain optimal inventory levels and production schedules.
• Implement supplier performance programs to ensure quality and on‑time delivery.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies for innovation opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in supply chain or procurement within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong strategic thinking with a track record of cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive cultural change.
