Logistics Manager – Geography Team

About the role

SEIU is seeking a Logistics Manager to support its Geography Team with administrative operations, logistics, financial processes, and organizational programs. The position is remote, focusing on the East Coast of the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking notes.
• Process invoices and contracts, track vendor payments, and manage purchase‑card records.
• Coordinate travel arrangements such as flights, car rentals, and hotel accommodations for staff and members.
• Support department meetings, retreats, and organizational initiatives, and provide logistical support for events and onsite activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, administration, finance support, or a related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Management, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with financial systems, accounts payable/receivable, and contract administration.
• Strong written, verbal, and analytical communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
