Director of Rehabilitation

About the role

Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation to lead a dedicated team focused on resident success. This senior position combines hands‑on patient care with strategic oversight of the rehabilitation program across designated facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the rehabilitation program, including staffing levels, patient care coordination, and compliance with clinical and operational standards.
• Deliver direct patient care in your licensed discipline (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech‑Language Pathology).
• Monitor Medicare, Medicaid, and other reimbursement regulations to ensure full compliance.
• Oversee documentation quality, productivity benchmarks, and departmental billing accuracy.
• Support marketing initiatives, facility performance improvement, and equipment maintenance.
• Participate in hiring, training, and professional development of therapy staff.
• Track revenue and expenses, driving operational success through strategic planning.

Required profile

• Licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech‑Language Pathologist.
• Leadership experience in long‑term care or rehabilitation settings (preferred).
• Strong organizational, communication, and team‑building abilities.
• Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and alternative payment model guidelines.
• Proactive, compassionate, and results‑oriented mindset.
