Director of Real Estate Portfolio Management

About the role

Kelly Services is looking for a seasoned Director of Real Estate Portfolio Management to lead a global footprint of roughly 136 locations across the Americas and international markets. You will own day‑to‑day lease administration, renewals, closures and new site selection while driving a strategic reshaping of the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the management of a global real‑estate portfolio, including lease administration, renewals, closures and site selection.
• Lead portfolio rationalization, market consolidation and disposition initiatives to meet defined cost‑savings and utilization targets.
• Manage the full transaction lifecycle for renewals, relocations, expansions and closures, handling financial analysis, negotiation strategy and legal coordination.
• Provide analytical rigor and translate portfolio strategy into executable transactions for senior leadership and business unit heads.
• Maintain and update a live portfolio‑management dashboard that serves as the system of record for lease administration, utilization and pipeline decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience directing portfolio‑wide lease strategy, consolidation and disposition programs at scale.
• Demonstrated ability to operate within a formal approval framework and deliver measurable occupancy‑cost savings.
• Strong communication skills to serve as a key point of contact with senior leadership and international business units.
• Experience managing global real‑estate portfolios, including both domestic and international markets.
