Director of Professional Marketing

About the role

In Tandem is looking for a Director of Professional Marketing to lead the B2B2C strategy that connects family‑law professionals with our OurFamilyWizard product. You will own the end‑to‑end funnel, turning word‑of‑mouth referrals into a measurable, scalable pipeline that drives adoption by attorneys, mediators, judges and other legal experts.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the professional marketing strategy, targeting family‑law professionals and courts.
• Create and run demand‑generation programs such as content, email nurture, webinars, CLE‑eligible education, conferences and events.
• Partner with Sales and Professional Liaisons to amplify online presence and drive brand credibility within the professional community.
• Establish tracking, attribution and reporting mechanisms to link professional engagement to family sign‑ups and subscriptions.
• Manage the professional marketing budget, allocating spend across CRM platforms, event materials, sponsorships and advertising.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, Data and RevOps to ensure consistent messaging and targeting.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading B2B or B2B2C marketing programs, preferably in a SaaS or family‑law context.
• Strong track record of building measurable demand‑generation funnels and converting referrals into revenue.
• Ability to work independently, influence cross‑functional teams and manage a budget effectively.

Required skills

• Experience with marketing automation, CRM platforms and attribution tools.
• Knowledge of content creation, email nurture, webinar production and event management.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to design experiments and analyze performance metrics.
