Director of Operations, Midwest Region

About the role

The Director of Operations for the Midwest Region will lead RightMove's unified network across Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota and Wisconsin. This senior position oversees strategy, growth, practice transformation and patient acquisition, partnering closely with regional medical leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead end‑to‑end provider strategy for the Midwest market, accountable for performance, growth and value creation.
• Translate market insights into requirements and roadmaps for central teams, acting as the primary voice of the market.
• Design and implement a scalable operating model, setting structures, workflows and expectations to support network expansion.
• Set strategy and standards for provider contracting and onboarding, ensuring alignment with performance goals.
• Drive patient growth through network‑level strategies, influencing supply‑demand dynamics and utilization.
• Lead provider engagement, retention and satisfaction initiatives to maintain a high‑performing network.
• Define, track and evolve key operational KPIs, holding cross‑functional partners accountable.
• Serve as strategic advisor to central teams, identifying efficiency opportunities and prioritizing initiatives.

Required profile

• 10+ years in network management, provider relations and contracting, with deep knowledge of risk‑based contracts and value‑based care.
• Experience with value‑based contracts, payer relationships and population health management.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance or related field.
• 6+ years managing direct reports and building high‑performing teams.
• Must reside in the Midwest (IN, IL, MI, MN, WI) and be able to travel 50‑75% of the time.
• Strong presentation, problem‑solving and communication skills, especially with physician leadership.
