Director of Operations

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Operations to lead multiple restaurant locations for a well‑established hospitality organization that is expanding into new markets. This senior leader will partner with executive management to drive operational excellence, nurture talent, and support the company’s growth initiatives while preserving its distinctive culture and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for several restaurant sites, ensuring high‑quality hospitality, operational efficiency, and strong financial results.
• Develop, mentor, and build a pipeline of General Managers and operational leaders.
• Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning, market expansion, and new concept integration.
• Support restaurant openings, market entry, and the seamless integration of new locations.
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify opportunities for profitability, efficiency, and guest satisfaction improvements.
• Champion talent development, succession planning, and leadership training programs.
• Maintain consistency in execution while respecting the unique identity of each concept.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of multi‑unit leadership experience at the Director of Operations, Vice President of Operations, or equivalent senior level within a high‑volume, full‑service restaurant organization.
• Proven success in leading multiple restaurant locations and developing high‑performing General Managers and operational teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive financial performance, including labor management, profitability, sales growth, and operational efficiency.
