About the role
We are seeking a Director of National Direct Sales to lead and expand our U.S. direct sales organization within the Mobile Hydraulics business of Bosch Rexroth. The role will define and execute a national sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and strengthen our position as a technology leader in off‑highway and mobile equipment applications.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a national direct‑sales strategy aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
- Lead, coach and expand a high‑performing sales team across the United States.
- Collaborate with product management and marketing to ensure solution alignment with customer needs.
- Build and deepen relationships with key customers, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity and forecast sales performance.
Required profile
- Proven senior leadership experience in direct sales, preferably within industrial or mobile equipment sectors.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence internal stakeholders.
