About the role

The Prestige Beauty Advisor works in an Ulta Beauty store to drive sales of prestige cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance. The role focuses on delivering personalized guest experiences, promoting iconic brands, and supporting in‑store events.

Key responsibilities

Engage every guest, assess individual needs, and recommend prestige products.
Perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations.
Process sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously.
Book and support services and in‑store events that showcase prestige brands.
Stay informed on industry trends, product ingredients, and benefits.
Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, replenishment, and compliance.

Required profile

Passion for the beauty industry and strong guest‑service orientation.
Ability to learn and communicate product knowledge effectively.
Reliability with prompt, regular attendance.
