Sales Management Trainee

About the role
Join Enterprise Mobility’s Management Training Program as a Sales Management Trainee. You will start learning the business from day one at a neighborhood branch, representing the brand to customers and partners while gaining hands‑on operational experience.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and act as the face of Enterprise.
- Learn sales, marketing, finance, and operations to eventually run your own branch.
- Build relationships in the community to generate new business.
- Develop and lead a team as you progress through the program.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree completed or within one semester of graduation.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to work a 46‑hour week.

- First‑year annual compensation ranging from $47,500 to $55,547.
