About the role

Ulta Beauty is seeking enthusiastic Beauty Advisors to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic retail environment. You will engage customers, provide personalized beauty recommendations, and support store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage each guest, personalize service, answer product questions, and promote promotions.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Handle cashier duties, refunds, exchanges, and assist with online orders.
• Maintain stocked fixtures, store cleanliness, and compliance with operating procedures.
• Book appointments and support in‑store events and services.
• Stay informed about new and existing products, including ingredients and benefits.
• Contribute to meeting store sales, loyalty, omni‑channel, and shrink goals.

Required profile

• Passion for the beauty industry and strong guest‑service orientation.
• Ability to learn and communicate product knowledge effectively.
• Reliability with prompt and regular attendance.
