Director of Hospitality Operations (House Director)

About the role

Convene Hospitality Group is looking for a visionary House Director to lead operations and cultural evolution at the iconic NeueHouse Madison Square location. As the strategic and operational leader, you will own the overall success of the House, driving hospitality excellence, commercial performance, and brand innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide executive direction to multidisciplinary teams including Membership & Sales, Membership Experience, Food & Beverage, AV Production, and Facilities.
• Own P&L accountability and ensure financial targets are met.
• Oversee member and guest experience, ensuring every activation reflects the NeueHouse brand standards.
• Lead creative programming and event execution across eight floors of event spaces, lounges, offices, and a members‑only restaurant and bar.
• Manage physical assets and facilities to maintain a landmark historic building.
• Drive cross‑functional initiatives that improve operational efficiency and elevate hospitality.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in hospitality, hospitality‑driven coworking, or luxury service environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of managing P&L.
• Exceptional ability to inspire and manage large, multidisciplinary teams.
• Passion for creating cultural experiences that bring creators, entrepreneurs, and innovators together.
