Director of Hospital Partnerships

About the role

Sevaro, a leading tele‑neurology company, is expanding its Growth Team and seeks a Director of Hospital Partnerships to drive strategic collaborations with hospitals and health systems. This client‑facing, consultative sales role blends clinical credibility with technology‑focused business development to grow Sevaro’s footprint across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture high‑impact relationships with key stakeholders at partner hospitals and health systems.
• Serve as a clinical subject‑matter expert and trusted liaison to hospital leadership and clinical teams.
• Lead a consultative, technology‑focused sales approach to secure new hospital partnerships.
• Manage contracting, onboarding, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure smooth program deployment.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and propose innovative, tech‑enabled service enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree and/or RN license preferred.
• Clinical experience in emergency medicine, neurology, stroke, critical care, or stroke program leadership.
• Minimum 2 + years in a sales role within a hospital system, technology sales, health‑tech, or provider relations.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear value propositions for clinical and administrative audiences.
• Located in the Central or Mountain Time Zone and willing to travel occasionally for onsite meetings and events.
