Director of Growth & Marketing

About the role

DU & BERRY, a New York‑based designer womenswear brand, is entering a pivotal growth phase and seeks a seasoned marketing leader to own and scale its brand and commercial performance. Reporting directly to the Founder, the Director of Growth & Marketing will shape and execute a holistic marketing strategy that drives traffic, acquisition, retention, and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall marketing and growth strategy for the brand.
• Lead initiatives that increase qualified traffic, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue.
• Oversee digital advertising, e‑commerce, website performance, email marketing, social media, and content creation.
• Translate the Founder’s creative vision into commercially effective campaigns.
• Manage relationships with photographers, designers, influencers, agencies, freelancers, and other partners.
• Set priorities, budgets, timelines, performance standards, and reporting processes.
• Analyze the customer journey to improve the sales funnel and overall experience.
• Build, direct, and motivate a high‑performing marketing team.
• Adapt strategy to product launches, inventory needs, customer behavior, and market conditions.
• Strengthen brand awareness, loyalty, and long‑term market position.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years experience in women’s fashion, luxury, beauty, or a closely related consumer industry.
• At least 5 years of experience in e‑commerce and digital marketing.
• Proven track record leading marketing strategy for a fashion or consumer brand.
• Demonstrated success in driving commercial growth and revenue.
