About the role

Our client, a leading home remodeling company, is seeking a Director of Field Marketing to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales for its remodeling services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive field marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.
• Lead and mentor a team of field marketing representatives, ensuring successful implementation of initiatives.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support lead generation.
• Plan and execute promotional events such as trade shows, home expos, and community outreach programs.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage the field marketing budget to maximize ROI and track key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in field marketing for home remodeling or construction.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful field marketing campaigns.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with analytical capabilities to assess market trends and performance metrics.
