Director of College (One Church Team)

About the role

The Director of College provides spiritual, visionary, and team‑based leadership for Pinelake Church’s college ministry, aligning with the church’s mission and values.

Key responsibilities

• Provide vision, strategy, coaching, alignment, and resources to the PL College across all campuses.
• Establish goals and objectives and initiate strategies to fulfill them.
• Shepherd pastors and ministers within the PL College for spiritual and professional development.
• Lead collaboration and strategy for conferences, special events, and student mobilization.
• Direct and evaluate the Discipleship Pathway process for college students.
• Influence PL College culture toward holistic health and oversee servant‑leader development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and at least ten years of college ministry experience (advanced degree and seminary experience preferred).
• Multi‑site and key leadership experience is a competitive advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse groups.
• Ability to understand and interpret written or oral instructions, policies, and procedures.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Experience using word processing and spreadsheet applications.
• Internet research and information retrieval skills.
• Basic mathematical abilities, bookkeeping, budgeting, and expense monitoring.
• Ability to read and interpret financial information and spreadsheets.
