Director of Clinical Services (Hybrid) – Southeast PA

About the role

The Director of Clinical Services will lead clinical programming, contractor staff, and client relationships across a school‑based territory in Southeast Pennsylvania. This hybrid position combines strategic oversight with hands‑on collaboration with schools to deliver student‑centered therapy solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead clinical programming, independent contractor staff, and client relationship management for a designated school‑based territory.
• Collaborate with internal teams and school clients to manage caseload growth and implement solutions such as RtII, Capable Classroom, and Multiplier programs.
• Recruit, onboard, and support highly qualified therapists and specialists.
• Attend high‑profile IEP meetings and audits requiring advanced clinical expertise or executive representation.
• Provide data‑driven updates to clients on performance metrics and program outcomes.
• Partner with school leaders to ensure seamless program implementation aligned with individualized education and therapy goals.
• Track, report, and analyze account performance, identifying opportunities for growth within district partnership accounts.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years pediatric clinical therapy experience, preferably with behavioral school‑based background.
• Active or previous clinical certifications such as OT, PT, SLP, BCBA, or LBS are highly preferred.
• Proven success in managing therapy teams and clinical operations in a school or pediatric setting.
• Exceptional organization, communication, and time‑management abilities.
• High integrity, professional discretion, and a solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
