Director of Business Development – Industrial Print

About the role

Konica Minolta is seeking a seasoned Director of Business Development to lead its Industrial Print and Production Inkjet initiatives. You will shape strategy, drive sales growth, and partner with both direct and dealer channels to expand market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and define the KM Production Inkjet program.
• Develop and execute sales plans for KM Direct and dealer partner organizations.
• Create and deliver webinars and communication presentations for partners.
• Manage customer applications and develop best‑practice case studies with Marketing.
• Collaborate with Corporate Marketing on educational seminars.
• Provide expertise in design, application testing, material preparation, and proof‑of‑concept projects.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience selling industrial and production print products.
• 2‑5 years in a senior Business Development or Director role within industrial print or inkjet.
• Proven track record of managing people, forecasting sales, and delivering profitability.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong internal and external customer relationship skills.
