About the role

North Texas Custom Roofing and Construction Management is looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to join our Philadelphia team. As the first point of contact for potential residential and commercial clients, you will help drive business growth by generating qualified leads and scheduling appointments for our sales specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively contact potential clients via phone and email to introduce our roofing services.
• Clearly communicate the company’s value proposition, including free inspections, estimates, and a 5‑year workmanship guarantee.
• Qualify leads by understanding client needs and determining suitability.
• Schedule appointments and consultations for sales and assessment teams.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment targets.
• Uphold professional standards and exceptional customer service in all communications.

Required profile

• Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or a similar sales development role.
• Excellent verbal communication and a confident telephone manner.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and resilient.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Experience in roofing or construction is desirable but not required.
