Director, Media Planning

About the role

MissionOne Media, a brand within BarkleyOKRP, is seeking a Director of Media Planning to lead client relationships and guide a team in crafting full‑funnel media strategies. You will ensure tight alignment between media placements and messaging while collaborating across internal departments and with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day media planning activities, delegating work to balance workload and foster growth.
• Review and approve all team deliverables, securing VP feedback when needed.
• Own a portfolio of key clients, serving as the primary point of contact for media projects.
• Integrate efforts with Data & Analytics, CRM, Strategy, Creative, and PR teams.
• Provide strategic leadership across clients, developing media strategies and tactical recommendations.
• Coach and mentor team members, guiding them through multiple simultaneous projects.
