Director, Integrated Teams

About the role

Fast Horse is an independent, integrated creative agency based in Minneapolis that manages Integrated Teams rather than traditional account services. The Director, Integrated Teams is responsible for the overall success of the work, directing and managing the teams that run integrated campaigns from brief through execution. Candidates should have 8+ years of agency experience in account services or integrated project management and the ability to deliver integrated campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of integrated campaigns, from planning and strategy through final execution and reporting
• Work closely with project managers and producers to ensure the quality and efficiency of projects and campaigns
• Establish and manage client relationships, including managing expectations and delivering excellent work
• Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses and needs, making Fast Horse an indispensable partner
• Show a strong grasp of strategy, creative and amplification (paid/earned/owned media) disciplines and push the work at every turn
• Ensure all work is on brief, on budget and meets established KPIs
• Develop campaign SOWs, manage budgets and ensure accurate expense tracking and client billing
• Anticipate opportunities and challenges before clients do
• Learn the agency's disciplines and processes and contribute to a culture of professional development, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging

Required profile

• 8+ years of agency experience in account services or integrated project management
• Ability to deliver integrated campaigns
• Strong grasp of strategy, creative and amplification disciplines
• Comfortable stepping outside your comfort zone and pushing boundaries
