Director, Integrated Business Planning - Away From Home

About the role

Kraft Heinz is hiring a Director, Integrated Commercial Business Planning for its Away From Home business unit in Chicago. This is a newly created leadership position that owns and operates the commercial planning operating system across the BU, connecting brand and category teams into a single planning cadence around one demand number.

Key responsibilities

• Build the ICBP teams and process from the ground up, design routines and governance, and launch the 2H pilot before the January 2027 go-live.
• Drive the behavior change and accountability needed across functions to make the new process sustainable.
• Run the weekly and monthly commercial planning cadence, with pre-reads, minutes and closed actions every cycle.
• Custody a single, trusted demand number and surface, frame and close risks and opportunities in real time.
• Lead select BU strategic projects, including organic and inorganic opportunity assessment, and coordinate the annual 3-year plan cycle.
• Manage a team of salaried directors.

Required profile

• Experience in commercial planning, sales strategy, category/business planning, IBP/S&OP or related commercial roles.
• Demonstrated experience partnering across Sales, Marketing and Finance.
• Experience with formal business planning cycles (IBP, S&OP, AOP/1YP or similar) preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen, project management, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and AI platforms; familiarity with planning/ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and BI tools (e.g. Power BI) is a plus.
• Comfortable with planning tools, dashboards, data analytics and AI platforms.

• New hire base salary range of $190,300 to $237,900, with a performance-based bonus and eligibility for equity.
