Director, Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

The Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for US & Canada leads commercial finance across multiple sub‑channels, consolidating results into a unified financial story and supporting strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide decision support and financial analysis to US & Canada cluster leadership across merchandising, marketing, real estate, digital, wholesale, e‑commerce and supply chain.
• Champion AI, automation and modern analytical tools to improve insight and decision speed.
• Prepare and consolidate weekly, monthly and quarterly financial results, forecasts, annual and strategic business plans.
• Partner with sub‑channel finance leaders to review forecasts, pressure‑test assumptions and build a cohesive financial narrative.
• Lead the Monthly Business Review process and ensure integrity of financial models and reporting.
• Coach and develop direct reports, raising analytical standards across the finance team.

Required profile

• B.A. or B.S. in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field; CPA or MBA is a plus.
• 12+ years of progressive FP&A, commercial finance or P&L management experience, preferably in retail or consumer products.
• Proven experience leading finance teams through process or system changes.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to connect financial outcomes to business drivers.

• Base salary $200,000‑$245,400 per year.
