Transformation Strategy Manager

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Transformation Strategy Manager to act as an internal consultant and execution leader, driving high‑impact initiatives that improve profitability, cost structure and operational performance across the global business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute transformation initiatives focused on cost optimization, margin improvement and large‑scale operational change.
• Frame complex business challenges, identify key drivers and develop recommendations for senior decision‑makers.
• Partner with leaders across Product Development, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commercial, Technology and Finance to uncover value‑creation opportunities.
• Build business cases, quantify financial impact and prioritize investments and transformation projects.
• Manage workstreams, including workplans, milestones, risk registers and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive cross‑functional accountability, resolve obstacles and support decision‑making throughout implementation.
• Develop financial models, KPI frameworks, dashboards and reporting tools to enhance visibility and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Measure transformation benefits to ensure initiatives deliver targeted operational and financial outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, transformation, business operations, investment banking, private equity or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading high‑visibility, enterprise‑wide initiatives and delivering measurable results.
• Strong analytical ability to dissect complex problems and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience working with senior leaders and external advisors to evaluate and accelerate strategic priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
