eCommerce Planning Manager

About the role

The Manager, US eCommerce Planning will partner with brand, category and channel teams to shape financial plans and drive growth for Levi Strauss & Co.'s Direct‑to‑Consumer business. You will use retail market expertise to develop forecasts, monitor performance, and ensure profitable execution of seasonal strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Build and track channel financial plans, covering all sales KPIs and balancing brand, channel and business needs.
• Develop in‑season financial forecasts and lead regular financial conversations with cross‑functional partners.
• Collaborate with merchandising teams to set productivity targets and create bottom‑up sales and inventory plans.
• Reconcile bottom‑up plans with top‑down financial targets to guide inventory and profitability decisions.
• Guide in‑season tactical activities such as promotions, markdowns, allocation, replenishment and receipt flow.
• Identify and implement process and tool improvements across the DTC channel matrix.
• Lead cross‑functional projects to support channel and company financial objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of planning experience with a global omni‑channel brand.
• Strong understanding of retail math, merchandising financials and profitability KPIs.
• Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with SAS merchandise planning is a plus.
• Ability to work in a hybrid schedule based in San Francisco, CA (3 days onsite per week).
