Director, Field Sales – Cybersecurity Solutions (PAC Northwest, Ohio Valley & NY/NJ/Eastern PA)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a seasoned Director of Field Sales to lead growth of its Cybersecurity Solutions portfolio across the Pacific Northwest, Ohio Valley, and the New York/New Jersey/Eastern Pennsylvania region. This strategic hunter role focuses on acquiring new enterprise customers and expanding relationships within large organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage senior decision‑makers in Risk, Audit, and Information Security functions.
• Present Mastercard’s cybersecurity portfolio—including RiskRecon, AI‑driven assessments, Cyber Insights, Cyber Front, and Cyber Quant—through consultative, value‑based selling.
• Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
• Collaborate with internal product, marketing, and technical teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and achieve regional revenue targets.
• Travel 40–60% for virtual and in‑person engagements across the assigned territory.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise‑level field sales, preferably within cybersecurity or technology solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to sell complex, multi‑product portfolios to large organizations.
• Strong network of contacts in risk, audit, and information security functions.
• Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of cybersecurity risk management concepts.
• Familiarity with third‑party risk assessment tools and threat intelligence platforms.
