Director, Dual Enrollment

About the role

The Director of Dual Enrollment leads the planning, administration, and growth of Georgia's dual enrollment program, ensuring high‑quality courses for high‑school students across the state. This senior position oversees budgeting, staffing, and strategic partnerships with school districts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage scheduling, staffing, and contractual documentation for all dual enrollment courses.
• Compile and analyze enrollment, retention, graduation, and licensure statistics.
• Strengthen partnerships with school systems and promote dual enrollment through events and marketing.
• Oversee curriculum, testing, textbooks, faculty hiring, and academic standards.
• Coordinate student grade appeals and mediate issues between students and faculty.
• Provide instructional support to faculty and ensure compliance with NACEP accreditation.
• Supervise full‑time dual enrollment staff and facilitate communication across campuses.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and supervisory experience in higher‑education or dual enrollment programs.
• Strong analytical skills for program statistics and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to ethical practice and customer service.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Banner, TaskStream, KMS, Watermark systems.
• Familiarity with GA Futures and dual enrollment processes.
