About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to provide in‑home care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will work directly in clients’ homes and communities, delivering personalized support and promoting independence.

Key responsibilities

Provide mental and behavioral health care to individuals with ID/DD.
Work independently in a client’s home or community setting.

Required profile

At least one year of verifiable experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
Passion for delivering high‑quality care and ability to work autonomously.
