About the role
Join BAYADA Home Health Care as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and provide one‑on‑one support to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities in home and community settings across Chester and Delaware County, PA.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance such as dressing and grooming.
- Accompany clients on errands, appointments and community integration activities.
- Engage clients in their favorite hobbies and activities.
- Assist with everyday tasks, including meal preparation.
Required profile
- At least one year of experience working with intellectual or developmental disabilities (training available through an apprentice program).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
