Adult Caregiver – CNA, HHA

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide in‑home support to clients in Media and surrounding areas. You will work directly with patients, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Provide light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
• Support mobility through ambulation assistance, transfers, and use of mechanical lifting devices.
• Perform range‑of‑motion exercises and monitor vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration).
• Assist with oral feeding, medication administration, and basic health observations.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of direct home‑care experience with a home‑health agency, hospital, or similar facility, or a nursing student who has completed clinical rotations.
• Willingness to undergo training if qualifications are not fully met.

• Base pay of $16.00‑$18.00 per hour, dependent on qualifications.
