Direct Care Worker – Private Duty Home Health Aide

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide private‑duty care for clients in Montgomery and Chester County. You will work in your neighborhood, assisting clients with daily activities and ensuring their safety and comfort.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Provide light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
• Support range of motion exercises, transfers, and use of mechanical lifting devices.
• Check vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration) and assist with medication as needed.
• Help clients ambulate and perform home management tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of work experience in a caregiving role.
• Ability to travel throughout Montgomery and/or Chester County.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are a plus.
