Dining Room Manager

About the role

Castellucci Hospitality Group seeks a Dining Room Manager to lead its dining room team, uphold service excellence, and ensure a seamless, high‑quality guest experience in a Michelin‑starred environment.

Key responsibilities

• Guest Experience: train service members, ensure high‑quality guest interactions and conduct table touches.
• Accounting & Administrative: maintain internal accounting systems accurately.
• Marketing & Sales: keep reservation system up‑to‑date to maximize availability and contribute to off‑site outreach.
• Human Resources: conduct interviews, make hiring decisions, oversee onboarding and training of new service staff.
• Operations: manage day‑to‑day dining room operations, including opening and closing shifts.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality, preferably as a lead server, dining room manager or similar leadership role in fine‑dining.
• Proven ability to lead a team, maintain service standards and coordinate with kitchen staff.
