Digital Strategy Coordinator (Temporary)

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail‑oriented temporary Coordinator to join our Digital Strategy team. You will support key digital initiatives such as product and sample forecasting, 360° campaign orchestration, and the Ratings & Reviews program. The role requires strong organization, collaboration, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development, tracking, and maintenance of product and sample forecasts; collect, consolidate, and analyze forecasting data.
• Prepare and distribute regular forecast reports to stakeholders.
• Assist in planning and coordinating 360° digital campaigns, ensuring alignment across all channels.
• Liaise with Marketing, Social, E‑commerce, and PR teams to support seamless campaign execution.
• Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Coordinate the end‑to‑end Ratings & Reviews program, including product ordering and sample logistics for influencers.
• Maintain organized tracking systems for shipments, influencer assignments, and review submissions.
• Provide general coordination and administrative support, maintain documentation, trackers, and reports, and take meeting notes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in coordination, project support, or digital marketing is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and project‑management tools such as Asana or Monday.com.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing, e‑commerce, or digital campaign workflows is an asset.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A collaborative, proactive, and solutions‑oriented mindset.
