Digital Sales Engineer

About the role

Walter USA, a Sandvik brand, is seeking a Digital Sales Engineer to drive a new, technology‑focused sales channel across the Eastern United States. You will expand existing customer relationships, prospect new accounts, and act as the technical bridge between customers and our product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound outreach to introduce personalized, digital‑first solutions.
• Qualify leads using digital platforms, databases, and CRM tools.
• Present product features and value propositions through multimedia and interactive digital channels.
• Maintain accurate interaction records in the CRM system.
• Provide technical assistance and product recommendations via email and phone.
• Collaborate with digital marketing and cross‑functional teams to align campaigns and ensure smooth hand‑off to delivery.
• Utilize data‑analytics tools to track sales trends and optimize strategies.
• Develop pricing using SAP, CAPP, ENGIN, and workflow systems.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience with a strong interest in digital sales methodologies.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Comfort with data‑driven decision making and continuous learning.
