Digital Media Manager - Retail Media

About the role

Fruit of the Loom is hiring a Digital Media Manager based in Nashville, TN, who will develop, run and optimise retail media strategies across retailer ecosystems such as Amazon, Walmart and others. The role covers media investment planning, campaign execution, budget management and performance optimisation to grow profitable returns across the company's brands and categories. Travel to the global headquarters in Bowling Green, KY is required during on-boarding.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run retail media strategies and campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) on Amazon, Walmart and other platforms, monitoring performance daily and improving ROAS
• Own retailer media budgets across brands, categories and marketplaces, allocating spend by business priorities and seasonal demand
• Analyse campaign, category and brand performance, turn data into insights and report on media impact
• Partner with Brand, Marketing, Sales and Digital Commerce teams to support product launches, promotions and long-term digital commerce growth
• Evaluate DSPs and advanced media solutions and apply a test-and-learn approach to targeting, bidding and creative

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Analytics or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• At least 5 years of hands-on retail media experience on Amazon, Walmart, Target or similar platforms
• Experience managing media budgets and owning Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns
• Experience supporting multiple brands, categories or product portfolios
