Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Lead Origin is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help clients maximise the value of their online presence. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design web experiences, optimise campaigns and generate high‑quality leads.

Key responsibilities

• Create and optimise social media channels for client brands.
• Provide strategic content and design recommendations to increase lead quality.
• Conduct digital marketing audits across platforms and channels.
• Suggest improvements for site usability and SEO performance.
• Work with teams to implement best‑practice digital strategies.
• Track and meet KPI targets through continuous testing and innovation.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and algorithm updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
• At least 2 years managing Google Ads campaigns.
• At least 2 years in social media management.
• At least 1 year of SEO experience; agency background preferred.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion and online customer acquisition.
• Proficiency with WordPress, HTML and web‑design tools.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on KPI optimisation.
