Digital Marketing Manager (Hospitality)

About the role

Wish You Were Here Group is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to own and expand the digital ecosystem across its portfolio of hospitality brands. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape strategy, drive guest acquisition and revenue growth, and maintain each brand’s premium positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a group‑wide digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead paid media campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube and TikTok, handling budget, audience development, creative testing and performance reporting.
• Own website strategy, UX and SEO (local, technical, landing pages) to optimise conversion and speed.
• Manage CRM and email marketing programmes, including acquisition journeys, loyalty, birthday, VIP and win‑back campaigns.
• Drive growth on third‑party platforms such as OpenTable and Uber Eats, overseeing reservation optimisation, profile management and promotional campaigns.
• Analyse data, build attribution models and report on KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, CPC and conversion rate.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading digital marketing for hospitality or consumer brands.
• Strategic thinker with a commercial focus and data‑driven decision making.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with senior marketing, creative, agency partners and restaurant leadership.
