Digital Marketing Coordinator – Full‑time, Saratoga Springs

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join a dynamic team in Saratoga Springs. The role focuses on planning, creating, and executing digital marketing initiatives that strengthen the brand’s online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the company’s marketing calendar.
• Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and schedule posts.
• Design marketing assets such as graphics, flyers, brochures, email campaigns, and print ads.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and recommend improvements.
• Maintain the website and online business profiles.
• Plan and execute paid digital advertising campaigns, including PPC and paid social.
• Manage online reviews and uphold the company’s online reputation.
• Ensure all materials comply with advertising guidelines and collaborate on weekly sales initiatives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of marketing and digital marketing experience; real‑estate background preferred.
• Strong graphic design, copywriting, and content creation abilities.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills.
• Creative, detail‑oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects independently.
