The role integrates AI tools into daily workflows to work smarter, faster, and deliver greater value.

Key responsibilities

• Manage digital marketing accounts of all sizes, ensuring client satisfaction and successful outcomes.
• Serve as a strategic advisor, leading planning sessions, performance reviews, and actionable recommendations.
• Facilitate stakeholder conversations, translate insights into clear marketing plans, and drive projects from kickoff to completion.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, reporting, and project coordination while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive digital marketing strategies and stay current on emerging trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of account management experience in a digital marketing agency.
• Bachelor’s degree and strong administrative skills with a focus on process optimization.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, executives, SMEs, and co‑workers.
• Experience leading strategic conversations and translating business goals into marketing plans.
• Located in an East Coast or Central US time zone.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar.
• Proficiency in digital marketing strategy and account management.
• Skilled use of project and account management software and technology.
